Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, responsibility for delivery transfers to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, stolen packages, damaged packages, incorrect delivery, or other issues that occur during transit.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.
